Mark, I know Uncle Dick and I were on you about losing weight, but this weight loss plan of yours was rather extreme, don't you think? Oh well, at least one benefit can be identified from being extremely ill. Happy as can be to see you up and moving. Keep up the progress.

Again just wanted to thank you for keeping us informed on Marks progress You have no idea how important this has been to me, particularly while I have been down with the Flu. While I cannot get to see Mark I at least know how he is doing and that is very very comforting.

I have been wanting to post something for months but never quite came up with the right words. There were several inside jokes that came to mind but well, I just didn't think they were appropriate. But I just want to say that I am so proud of Mark and so glad to see how he is progressing. Chris, you must bring in a computer as I truly miss his emails. Especially the ones at work that uh, are not work "friendly" let's just say. Send away Mark!!! :-)
