Morning

My 15 year old cat, Blossom (she was in a photo with Mark on the blog recently) died Monday night. Like most older cats, she was in kidney failure. She seemed fine when Mark got home and stayed by his side all the time. I think she was waiting for him to get home so I wouldn't be lonely.

I have decided to turn over the blog to Mark and he has agreed. Remember, his time and place are still confused at times, especially when he's tired. He's still not up to email, but I think that'll change soon.

My sympathies regarding your cat...I just lost mine of ten years on Thursday. Just when you get used to them....

Mark, I'm really glad you're going to put in an appearance here. You'll have some doing to go back and read all that stuff people have been talking about you.
It will be so good hearing your words of wisdom again.

Hi you two....
so sorry to hear about Blossom....it's kind of been that kind of week for some of us too. Oh I have 4 dogs now to keep me somewhat out of trouble....

So glad you have gotten your moldy butt finally home and out of the hospital - in an form.

FYI- Tex had surgery Monday AM and is doing well....waiting to toot his own horn so they will send him home...he sounded good on the phone last night before the sedative kicked in. Small corrective procedure...none of the bad stuff found :-).

We had thought of coming out to see you soon so you could be terrorized by 2 old Claris bad pennies....but his travelling is on hold for a bit...so I may get out there sooner.

Ttr is still hanging in there and sends his regards.

As always you manage to surprise all of us with your stubborness, which in this case is a good thing. Hope your humor is keeping all smiling and laughing.

Take care kuma-san and I hope to see you and Chris soon....will send a picture in advance so you will recognize me....a few changes after the divorce....hugs and love to you both...

So sorry to hear about Blossum.
I'm glad you got to give her a good home for 15 years and in return she gave you her kitty presence.
Looking forward to hearing what Mark has to say.
Love to you both
